Career Highlights
- Transferred in from Louisburg Community College
- Named Region X all-conference catcher at Louisburg College
- His team made it the Junior College World Series in 2002
- Converted from a catcher to a pitcher in spring 2004.

• Started and played in 49 games
• Batted .335 with five home runs, 27 RBI and 11 walks
• Ranked first on the team in hits (63), second on the team in runs scored (40), second on the team in home runs (5), third on the team in total bases (88) and third in batting (.335)
• Recorded 12 stolen bases, fifth on the team
• Led the team in at-bats with 188
• Went 3-for-4 with two runs, one RBI and a home run in a 11-10 loss to Campbell
• Went 2-for-2 with one run scored, a double and an RBI in an 11-10 win over Savannah State on March 6
• Had a 3-for-5 night, 2 RBI and a run scored in a 12-1 win over Maryland-Eastern Shore on March 28
• Had three hits on four at-bats, scored three runs, four RBI and a homer in a 6-3 loss to the Big Ten's University of Illinois
• Had a 2-RBI night on 3-for-4 day at the plate and scored three runs in a 11-5 March 23 win over Coppin State
High School Accomplishments
Made the Academic Honor Roll all four years he attended Andrews High School…Named to the all-conference team four years in a row in baseball…Was a two-time all-conference selection in football…Made the All-Guilford County team twice…Received the Best Offense Award in 2000 and 2001, received the Best Defense Award in 1999.
