catcher…Had 16 career hits going into the 2005 season…Recorded 41 hits

in 48 of the Aggies 54 games, starting 44 of them…Made 15 starts behind
the plate, and entered the game as catcher on four occasions…Batted. 238
with four homers, eight doubles and 20 RBI…Runners tried to steal
against him 39 times, he caught nine of them for a 23.1 percent success
rate…Made just six errors in a 160 fielding attempts…Allowed just three
passed balls…Went 3-for-5 with a run scored and a RBI double in the
Aggies MEAC Championship Game against Norfolk State…Had a huge series
against Coppin State to end the regular season…Was a combined 4-for-11
with seven RBI, three runs scored and two home runs, including a grand
slam home run…His seven RBI in the series between April 23-24 made up
for 35 percent of his RBI total on the season as the Aggies swept the
series…Had two hits, including a double and added a run scored and RBI
in a 14-5 win over Albany on March 5…Had a two-run RBI double, helping
the Aggies defeat Norfolk State 12-6 on March 24…Had a home run, double,
a RBI and two runs scored in a 7-4 loss to Ball State…Nailed a two-run
homer against UNC-Greensboro in a Feb. 22 loss to the Spartans.

three multiple-hit games…Recorded four doubles in just 42 at-bats…Had
two hits, including a double, and two RBI in a 9-6 win in a doubleheader
versus Norfolk State…Had two hits and an RBI in a 5-2 win in Game 2 of a
April 17 doubleheader…Batted .444 at the MEAC tournament last season
