Aggies bowl well in first appearance at home

GREENSBORO, N.C., December 3, 2006 – Shea Stark bowled a team-high average of 166 and the Aggies went 5-0 in match play during MEAC Divisional Play at Gate City Lanes in Greensboro. The Aggies 5-0 march through match play included a win over  Bethune-Cookman, a team they have had trouble beating in the past.

In team play, the Aggies bowled a team-high 879 against Winston-Salem State. In Baker play, the Aggies were 2-3 for an overall record of 7-3 over the weekend. The Aggies defeated Norfolk State and Winston-Salem State, while losing to S.C. State, Bethune-Cookman and Florida A&M.

The Aggies are 20-10 on the season, and will next compete in the MEAC Divisional Play again on January 12 at Gate City Lanes.
