ROOKIE OF THE YEAR Mayhew is the first Aggie to lead the team in rushing in almost 40 years GREENSBORO, November 25, 2009 -- North Carolina A&T running back Mike Mayhew will have some exciting news for his family over the Thanksgiving Holiday. MEAC coaches and sports information directors voted Mayhew as the conference's Rookie of the Year. Mayhew led the Aggies in touchdowns this season with six. |

A RESURGENT SEASON ENDS WITH LOSS TO SCSU Bulldogs were ranked seventh in the nation ORANGEBURG, S.C., November 21, 2009 -- The North Carolina A&T 2009 football season came to an end on Saturday with a 28-10 loss to S.C. State at Dawson Stadium. Sophomore Wallace Miles had eight catches for 66 yards, and Jeremy Graham had nine tackles, one tackle for loss and an interception. |

MEAC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Kindle made his first career start on Saturday against FAMU GREENSBORO, November 10, 2009 --North Carolina A&T freshman quarterback Lewis Kindle had a fantastic debut for the Aggies on Saturday. He threw for touchdowns and ran for another score in a competitive 31-27 loss to Florida A&M. For his efforts, he earned MEAC Rookie of the Week. |
