HERRING NAMED HONORABLE MENTION ALL-AMERICA
Two other Aggies named All-HBCU
GREENSBORO, June 10, 2009 -- One of the North Carolina A&T football team’s most consistent defensive players in 2008 was recognized by Consensus Draft Services as a preseason honorable mention All-American. Jarrell Herring earned the honor after leading all Aggie defensive lineman in tackles last season.

GREENSBORO, May 13, 2009 -- Delaware State has decided to forfeit its 2009 football game to North Carolina A&T due to a scheduling conflict. The forfeit means the Aggies are off to an outstanding start to open the 2009 season.

GREENSBORO, March 28, 2009 -- The rain stayed away long enough for the North Carolina A&T football team to conduct its annual Blue vs. Gold Spring Game. Led by linebacker Brandon Jackson's eight tackles, the Aggies Blue defense came away with a 27-26 win over the Aggies Gold offense.
