MEAC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK Kindle made his first career start on Saturday against FAMU GREENSBORO, November 10, 2009 --North Carolina A&T freshman quarterback Lewis Kindle had a fantastic debut for the Aggies on Saturday. He threw for touchdowns and ran for another score in a competitive 31-27 loss to Florida A&M. For his efforts, he earned MEAC Rookie of the Week. |

FAMU Kindle rushes for 54 yards and a touchdown TALLAHASSEE, Fla., November 7, 2009 -- North Carolina A&T used a young lineup to put a scare in Florida A&M, black college football's No. 3 team. But in the end, the Rattlers eked out a 31-27 win over the Aggies at Bragg Memorial Stadium on Saturday. In his first career start, freshman quarterback Lewis Kindle threw for 206 yards, two touchdowns and an interception. |
