Croley File: In his first season as an Aggie, he proved to be an effective tackler and a player who was always around the football…He comes into fall camp as the starter at the rover position for the Aggies…He transferred to N.C. A&T after being an excellent special teams player for the Tigers…Coaches believe his cover skills allow him to be more aggressive defensively…Coaches like the maturity and experience he brings to a secondary that comes into the 2008 season with numerous veterans…They also like that he brings the experience from a Division I program like Clemson… He had another effective spring practice...He was a reserve safety at Clemson over the last two seasons although he also played some cornerback for the Tigers… JUNIOR (2007): He played 11 games with 11 starts…He finished the season with 47 tackles…He also broke up two passes, had 1.5 tackles for loss and recovered a fumble…Averaged 4.7 tackles per game, which ranked him 43rd in the MEAC…He had 16 tackles in the Aggies near victory at Morgan State…It was the most tackles in a game by an Aggie in 2007…He made seven of those tackles near or at the line of scrimmage, including a tackle for loss on Bears running back Chad Simpson in the second quarter…Had seven tackles and two pass breakups at Howard on Oct. 20…Both of his pass breakups forced Howard punts…He also made two of his tackles at the line of scrimmage…REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2005): Reserve cornerback...played seven snaps against Temple and three snaps against No. 16 Florida State in his only two appearances as a Tiger. FRESHMAN (2004): Red-shirted.
