Marshal Glenn will be responsible for coaching the Aggie wide receivers and quarterbacks, while assisting in putting together scouting reports for the Aggies upcoming opponent. Glenn paid his dues to become a full-time assistant for the Aggies.

He played four seasons at quarterback for the Aggies before serving three years as a volunteer assistant coach under Lee Fobbs. Glenn’s first year as a volunteer assistant was 2006. He helped with the coaching of the N.C. A&T quarterbacks and special teams.

During games, he signaled in the offensive plays to the quarterback. Glenn was also largely responsible for gathering information on Aggie opponents, and putting that information together for scouting reports. Glenn finished his playing career at N.C. A&T in 2005. In 37 games played, Glenn threw for 3,450 yards and 12 touchdowns.

He also completed 283 of his 574 pass attempts. He is fifth all-time on the Aggies passing list. In 2003, he started six games. He went 5-1 in those starts and helped the Aggies win the MEAC Championship. As a junior and senior in 2004 and ’05, Glenn led the Aggies in passing. On Nov. 19, 2005 against S.C. State, he tied the school record for completions in a game with 26.

He threw for 342 yards in the same game, which is the third-best passing performance in Aggies history. Glenn received a B.S., in recreational administration from N.C. A&T in 2007.
