MORGAN STATE ELIMINATES AGGIES
Aggies are expected to return nine lettermen next season
WINSTON-SALEM, March 10, 2010 -- Morgan State shot 54 percent from the field to eliminate the North Carolina A&T men's basketball team from the 2010 MEAC Tournament with an 84-57 win on Wednesday. The Aggies were led by sophomore Nic Simpson, who finished with 17 points.

WINSTON-SALEM, March 9, 2010 -- North Carolina A&T reserves Nic Simpson and James Porter led an aggressive attack that advanced the men's basketball team to the quarterfinals of the 2010 MEAC Tournament with a 65-55 win over Howard Tuesday night. Nic Simpson led the Aggies with 21 points, and James Porter added 12.
ALSTON EARNS SECOND-TEAM ALL-CONFERENCE
Alston leads the Aggies in scoring, assists and steals
GREENSBORO, March 7, 2010 -- Tavarus Alston earned his first career postseason accolade after the MEAC sports information directors and coaches voted him second-team All-MEAC. Alston could be the first Aggie to lead the team in scoring, assists and steals since Jonathan Richmond did it during the 1997-98 season.

Aggies open tournament play Tuesday at 9 p.m.
GREENSBORO, March 4, 2010 -- The North Carolina A&T men's basketball team jumped out to a 20-point lead against Norfolk State, but could not hold on as the Spartans defeated the Aggies 67-66 Thursday night at Corbett Sports Center. It was senior night for four Aggie players.
AGGIE MEN LOSE TO MEAC'S TOP TEAM
Alston, Coleman lead Aggies with 16 points apiece
BALTIMORE, Md., March 1, 2010 -- Thomas Coleman posted his 10th double-double of the season with 16 points and 14 rebounds, but the North Carolina A&T men's basketball team could not slow down a Morgan State scoring outburst in the second half as the Bears defeated the Aggies 81-67 on ESPNU Monday night at Hill Field House.
