Bryant Paylor is in his sixth season on the A&T men's basketball staff. Paylor is instrumental in the development of the Aggie point guards. Paylor also has various other on the court duties to complement his other responsibilities, which include overseeing equipment orders and serving as video coordinator. In June 2008, Paylor began to take on recruiting responsibilities for the program.

The former Aggie basketball player was a senior walk-on during the 2002-2003 basketball season. Against nationally-ranked Duke, he scored a career-high seven points in a nationally televised game. In June 2003, he joined the N.C. A&T staff as graduate assistant coach for the Aggies.

Before working with the men’s basketball team, Paylor served as the Director of Student-Athlete Academic Progress at N.C. A&T. He assisted with team travel, oversaw equipment ordering and distribution and organized and assisted in the youth basketball summer camps. In 2004-05, Paylor also took on many directors of operations duties.

In addition to his on the court coaching during the season, Paylor takes his knowledge and expertise to varies summer basketball camps including NBA camps. The summer camps give him an opportunity to share his knowledge and expertise to boys and girls ranging from age 7-17. This is an also an opportunity for Paylor to gain knowledge from varies coaches/players from the ACC, Pac-10, and NBA.
