N.C. A&T CAREER:
One of several veteran players returning to the Aggies squad…A versatile player who has played third base, shortstop, second base and the outfield……Got off to a great start as a freshman at the plate, hitting .300 in her first 19 games…Has 10 extra base hits and 52 hits overall in her career…Has played and started in all 102 games the Aggies have played since her arrival…Has had more fielding opportunities than any other Aggie on the roster with 320 fielding opportunities…Has a career .892 fielding percentage and a career .201 batting average.
2006: The only player on the Aggies roster to play in and start all 60 games in 2006…Split duties between third base and shortstop…Is the only player on the Aggies current roster with more than 200 fielding chances with 216…Successfully fielded 89.4 percent of those opportunities…Led the team in assists with 108 and led started a team-high six double plays...Averaged reached as a low as .111 before she caught fire at the plate toward the end of the season…Between March 31 and April 29, the last regular-season game of the season, Felder batted .328 and had eight of her 14 RBI on the season in that 25 game span…Batted .206 on the season and batted .500 against left-handers…Hit .286 with runners in scoring position…Had five multi-hit games, including going 2-for-3 with one run scored and a RBI against Drexel on February 24…Had two hits and a RBI against Coppin State in the MEAC Roundup on April 19…Had a career game against in a big win over Bethune-Cookman on April 5…Had two hits and three RBI, which included a crucial two-run, two-out RBI in the fifth that gave the Aggies lead for good in a game that saw them beat the Wildcats for the first time since 1997.
2005: Played and started in 39 games…Scored nine runs…Had 19 hits, including four doubles and two triples…Walked four times…Four sacrifices…Opened her career with season highs with two hits, including a triple, and four RBI in first game against Morgan State (Feb. 19)…Went 1-for-2 with a double in game one against Radford…Added season high putouts in game two (Feb. 22)…Went 2-for-4 with a double, two runs and two RBI at Savannah State (Mar. 10)…Went 2-for-3 with a run scored and two RBI and five assists in game two at S.C. State…(Mar. 8)…Batted 1-for-3 with and RBI and a run scored in game one against Alabama State…Recorded a season high six assists in game two (Mar. 20)…Drove in two RBI against Norfolk State (Mar. 22)…Had two hits at Florida A&M (Mar. 25)…Went 1-for-2 with a double in game two against Charleston Southern (Apr. 9)…Batted 1-for-3 with an RBI against S.C. HIGH SCHOOL CAREER:
Earned four varsity letters for head coach Dave Guse…Earned first-team all-conference her senior season…Made second-team all-conference as a sophomore…Was named the conference’s Offensive Player of the Year…Lettered in basketball and made the conference’s all-tournament team as a sophomore…Inducted into the National Honor Society as a senior and earned the state Merit Award.
