Her silence can be loud…That is how head coach Shawn Hendrix describes senior Asha el-Shair…She leads by example and does an excellent job of it in and out of the pool…She holds a 3.87 GPA in Theater…In the pool, she finished second in the 100-yard butterfly against Morehead State…She finished second in the 1000-yard freestyle against Radford this season…In 2004, she teamed with Kirstin Lewis, Gia Wright and Asha Clinkscales to finish first in the 400-yard medley relay against Gardner-Webb and Campbell.
