GREENSBORO, NC, January 27, 2007 – North Carolina A&T fell to 0-2 on the young season with a 7-0 loss to cross-town rival UNC Greensboro on Saturday afternoon from the Aggie Tennis Complex.
The Spartans got straight set wins in all seven matches. In No. 3 singles, Terika Palmer had the best showing with a 6-3 loss to Whitney Miles. But for most of the day, the Spartans had their way against a young Aggies team.
The Aggies are in action again on Friday when they face High Point University for the Aggie Tennis Complex at 2 p.m.
