N.C. A&T Highlights
Showed
promise during her freshman season…Played mostly as the Aggies No. 2
throughout the season…Played at the No. 1 doubles spot most of the season
with either Christina Ruffin Terika Palmer…Played with Palmer at No. 1
doubles 12 times and partnered with Ruffin six times….Finished her freshman
season 5-12 overall and 4-3 in the MEAC…Held a 1-5 record with Ruffin and a
2-10 record with Palmer…Won her first career collegiate match over Amanda
Walker of Winston-Salem State on
Feb. 4, 2007…She was named team Player of the Week and she earned team
MVP honors as a freshman.
High School accomplishments
Played four
years of varsity tennis under James Jones and Connie Richardson…She also
played basketball in high school and was an honors student at Trenton
Central.

Full name is
Jaymee Diana Jones…She is the daughter of James and Cynthia B. Jones…She has
one sibling: Monique Jones…She is a sports science and fitness management
major…She sees herself with two boys, married and very accomplished in 10
years…She enjoys working out every day and her sister is her biggest
influence because she’s a determined black female and my best friend….Her
most prized possession is her blanket named “Binki.”
