N.C. A&T Highlights
Her nickname on the team is 6-foot…Despite her 6-foot frame, is an athletic and graceful player on the tennis court…She was even a basketball player in high school…She played as the Aggies No. 6 singles player most of the season…She went 1-8 as the Aggies No. 6 player…She was 1-1 as the Aggies No. 5 and had a 2-9 record in 2007…She teamed in most occasions with Revorn Ferguson a the No. 3 doubles position…She teamed with Ferguson 17 times and the duo won two of those matches…She also teamed with Porche Martin during the season...Williams was 1-5 in the MEAC with her win coming against Winston-Salem State’s Jessica Smith…She received Most Improved Player honors from head coach Andy Smith in 2007.

High School accomplishments
Played one year of varsity tennis under Brandiff…She was a member of the National Honor Society at Western Branch…She was a member of the Young Democrats and chess club.  

Personal
Full name is Destiny Williams…She is the daughter of Johnny and Paulette Williams…She has one sibling: Johnny Williams…She is a mass communications and journalism major…She chose the major because it is so diverse. She can do anything from writing to correspondence work…The biggest influence on her life is her brother because she wants to set a good example for him….If she was granted three wishes, she would wish for a successful life, the end to racism and discrimination and a cure for AIDS…Williams is a member of Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society, Alpha Mu Honor Society and she was a member of Alpha Lambda Delta Freshman Honor Society.
