State when he had two touchdown receptions including a 9-yard TD reception from Lamar Raynard in the fourth quarter that gave the Aggies the lead for good … Made four catches for 77 yards including a 28-yard TD reception from Oluwafemi Bamiro just before halftime in a 45-14 win over Delaware State on Nov. 12 … Had three receptions for 104 yards and a touchdown at North Carolina Central on Nov. 19.
High School: Bell was the recipient of the Randy Moss award, given annually to the top wide receiver in West Virginia … Led the state in receiving yards and touchdowns with 1,214 yards and 17 TD’s on 50 receptions … Set numerous single-season school records … Was named the USA Today Offensive Player of the Year for West Virginia … Helped Wheeling Park High School earn the Class AAA state championships.
