"When you think about the type of preparation it takes to prepare for an opponent. When you think about the type of time it takes to instruct your team on your next opponent. When you think about what goes into being a winner and being successful and staying in the coaching profession, it makes coach Bibbs' 500 wins all that more impressive. So much more goes into coaching than X's and O's. You have to make sure your players are being successful on the court, in the classroom and in life. You are guiding 18, 19, and 20-year olds into adulthood, which any parent will tell you is no easy task. We are proud she is doing it here at North Carolina A&T and the Aggie family thinks the achievement is absolutely incredible."

"Coach Bibbs and I have always shared our experiences and professional challenges in college athletics," Agee said. "We have expressed pride in our longevity in this profession and have watched the sport of women's basketball grow over the years.  I have great respect for Coach Bibbs and the accomplishments she has achieved."

"Coach Bibbs does an excellent job of making things as plain as possible to her players as far as what she does offensively and defensively on the floor," Brown said. "It is a credit to her that she is able to get them to understand fully how to play the game of basketball. She is a master recruiter. She gets great talent and puts that talent to work with excellent offensive and defensive game plans, that makes her win."

We had an experienced team at the time, so if we suggested playing a zone, she trusted us enough to believe we knew what we were looking at out there, so it was time to go zone. I hope she continues to win. I'm happy for her 500^th win because it means the winning tradition we started at A&T is still going."

"My relationship with her has been competitive, but we have a great deal of respect between us on the court.  It's an honor to watch her reach 500.  I think it's a definite testimony to who she is as an individual, who she is as a coach and the university she represents."

 "She had a winners mindset and emphasized the importance of winning in the classroom and then on the court. She genuinely wanted us to be successful in all aspects of our lives. She taught me to go after what I wanted and keep pushing to be better. What I respect most about coach Bibbs is that she made sure all of her girls graduated from college."

"This is a huge testament to her career. She is fortunate enough to win so many games, when some coaches aren't even in the business long enough to coach 500 games.  This is a testament to her longevity as a coach."
