GREENSBORO -- Redshirt freshman center Eboni Ross picked up her third MEAC Rookie of the Week honor of the season on Monday.

Ross, who has been starting at the center position for the women's basketball team in the place of the injured Nikia Gorham, helped the Aggies to a 1-1 record last week, including a 21-point win at Florida A&M. 

Ross scored a season-high 17 points against the Rattlers on 7-for-11 shooting from the field. Ross averaged 10.0 points and 5.5 rebounds against Florida A&M and Howard last week. Ross also won MEAC Rookie of the Week on Dec. 3 and Jan. 7.

The Aggies are back in action Saturday afternoon at 2 when they face Morgan State at Corbett Sports Center.
