25 Temitope Oladele

Adds another post player to the Aggies great collection of post players… Saw action in the second rotation for the Aggies … Strong, agile post player who rebounds effectively and has a great outlet pass…Pins and seals well in the post and has an emerging interior game…Also gives the Aggies a shot-blocking presence in the post, and proved to be an effective free throw shooter.  

2013-14 Season: Played in 21 games  … Was one of the Aggies’ best free throw shooters who shot .778 from the line … Averaged 1.8 points and 2.2 rebounds per game … Scored a season-high 11 points and seven rebounds in 21 minutes against Morgan State on Jan. 25 … In that game she was 3-for-3 from the field and 5-for-7 at the line … Also grabbed seven rebounds on Feb. 8 against FAMU.

Central Arizona: Played in 30 games with 18 starts as a sophomore…Averaged 3.4 points and 5.3 rebounds per game….Helped CAC finish the season with a No. 2 national ranking in the NJCAA…CAC was also national runner up after losing to Trinity Valley CC in the national championship game…Shot .795 from the free throw line…Was a part of two Final Four appearances in NJCAA…CAC compiled a 63-4 record during Oladele’s time there.

Personal: Full name is Temitope Oladele…She is the daughter of Lydia Omopkare and Funmi Oladele…She has two siblings, Olujinmi and Inioluwa…She was born October 25, 1992…Her major is liberal arts…Plans to play basketball overseas after graduation.
