In one season, he went from being the replacement for legendary running back Tarik Cohen to carving out a legacy for himself at N.C. A&T … Last season, he helped the Aggies produce a 1,000-yard rusher for the seventh time in eight seasons … By season’s end, he could finish in the top-5 in career rushing yards in N.C. A&T history … Earned his first all-conference honor in 2017 … Served as Cohen’s backup for two years before taking over in 2017 … Sat out the 2015 season after having an impressive freshman season in 2014 … Plays with speed and power and has the body to endure multiple carries … Named an All-American in 2017 by Hero Sports and BoxToRow … Entered the 2018 season with six 100-yard games … Has played in 31 games with 14 starts … Has 1,778 rushing yards and 25 touchdowns on 385 carries in his career … Has also made 14  receptions for 170 yards and a touchdown in his career.

2017 Season: Played in 12 games with 11 starts … Rushed for 1,190 yards and 14 touchdowns on 244 carries … His 244 carries are the second most in a season by a N.C. A&T player … Last season he ranked in the top-20 nationally in five statistical categories including rushing touchdowns (5th, 14), total touchdowns (6th, 15), rushing yards (7th, 1,190), rushing yards per game (12th, 99.2) and scoring (16th, 90) … In addition to leading the conference in rushing, he also led the league in rushing touchdowns, rushing yards per game, scoring and total touchdowns … Had five 1,00-yard rushing games including a career-high 176 yards at Morgan State on Sept. 23 and 110 yards in the Celebration Bowl win over Grambling on Dec. 16 … Was named Celebration Bowl Offensive MVP after scoring two touchdowns (one rushing, one receiving) … Had six runs of 20 yards or more including a season best 72-yard run that resulted in a touchdown against Morgan State … Rushed for 127 yards and two touchdowns on 27 carries in the Aggies 49-17 win over Savanah State on Nov. 11.

2016 Season: Played in nine games with one start … Missed time with injuries, but still had an impact on the Aggies special teams and offense … Carried the ball 32 times for 174 yards and four touchdowns … Caught four passes for 34 yards … Had a big game against Florida A&M during the Aggies 2017 Homecoming when he rushed for 46 yards and a touchdown on seven carries in the Aggies win on Oct. 29 … Rushed for a 43-yard touchdown at Delaware State on Nov. 12 in the Aggies 45-14.

2015 Season: Took a redshirt season …

2014 Season: Played in 10 games with one start … Rushed for 414 yards and seven touchdowns on 109 carries (3.8 per carry) … Also made five catches for 83 yards (16.6 per catch) and one touchdown … Ranked seventh in the conference and 84th in the nation in scoring with 48 points … Made his first career start and his first 100-yard game on Sept. 27 as he ran for 135 yards and two touchdowns on 33 carries in a 38-22 win … Had 87 yards on 14 carries in a blowout win over Chowan on Sept. 20 … Posted 62 rushing yards and one touchdown on 18 carries in a 45-0 win on Nov. 8 … Also had a 47-yard touchdown reception in the game.  

High School: Played varsity football under head coach Rodney McCoy…Rushed for 2,650 yards and 38 touchdowns on 233 carries as a senior…Averaged 11.3 yards per carry…Led High Point Andrews to the state 2-AA title as he earned MVP honors in the game…Was selected to the NC/SC Shrine Bowl Game of the Carolinas…Named Mr. 2AA Football by NCPREPS.
