2015 Season: Played in 18 matches with 16 starts over a total 61 sets played…Totaled 156 kills (2.56 per set) 79 errors on 496 total attacks…Improved her hitting percentage from her freshman season (.112) to .155 as a sophomore…Tallied 85 digs (1.39), 41 assists (0.67), and 24 total blocks (0.39) … Finished second on the team in kills per game, second in total attacks and fourth in assists per game … Had five matches where she recorded 10 or more kills … Posted a season-high 15 kills along with seven digs in a 3-1 win over S.C. State at Moore Gymnasium on Nov. 1 … Recorded seven kills and had a season-best 16 assists in a 3-1 win over N.C. Central on Oct. 23 at Moore Gym … Led the Aggies to a 3-2 win over Norfolk State at home with 14 kills, eight digs and a career-best three services aces … Posted a career-high .350 hitting percentage on eight kills, one attack error and 20 total attacks in a loss to UNC Greensboro on Sept. 12.
2014 Season: Started and played in all 28 matches over a total of 105 sets played … Was second on the team in assists (201/1.91 per set) and aces (29/0.28 per set)…Was also second in blocks with 54 (0.51 per set) … Finished with 156 kills (1.49 per set) which was fourth on the team and 189 digs (1.80 per set) … Recorded five double-doubles … Recorded 10 kills and added nine digs in at The Citadel Invitational against Stetson on Sept. 6… Named to the Aggie-Spartan Invitational All-Tournament Team Nearly on Sept. 13 after finishing the tournament with 18 kills, 23 digs,10 blocks and three aces … Finished with a career-high 16 kills against USC Upstate on Sept. 20 … Nearly recorded a triple double in that same match where she finished with a career-high 18 digs and nine assists … Posted a season-best six blocks against Campbell (Oct. 21)…Had a season-best three aces in a 3-1 win over N.C. Central (Sept. 26) … Registered six consecutive matches from Oct. 21-Nov. 9 where she tallied double-figure assists.
High School: Was a four-year member of the Leesville Road varsity volleyball team under head coach Taine Mergenthaler … Ended her senior season in 2013 by earning the team’s MVP award and being named Cap 8 4A honorable mention after recording 231 kills, 59 blocks, 159 digs and 66 aces … In 2012, she led Leesville to an appearance in the state championship, was named All-Cap 8 first team and received Leesville’s Most Improved Award … Was a member of the Triangle Volleyball Club under the direction of Jim Freeman and Mike Schall.
