Came out of the 2019 spring practice session as the No. 2 cornerback behind All-American Mac McCain III …  Played a major role on special teams as a redshirt freshman and was huge in the secondary after McCain was injured during the eighth game of the season  … Should play a major role for the Aggies on the defensive end in 2019 as they go after their third straight MEAC championship … One of the fastest players on the team, Williams runs the 40-yard dash in 4.3 seconds.

2018 Season: Played in 11 games without a start … Made eight tackles (six unassisted) … Made three tackles (two unassisted) in the Aggies 24-22 win over Alcorn State in the Celebration Bowl game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Dec. 15 … Four of Williams’ tackles came on special teams.

2017 Season: Played in 12 games without a start … Made 13 tackles (nine unassisted), forced a fumble and broke up a pass during the season … Led the team in special teams in tackles with nine … Eight of those tackles came on the kickoff team.

2016 Season: Took a redshirt as a true freshman … 

High School: He played both offense and defense for the North Forsyth Vikings. Ran a 4.44 in the 40-yard dash while at North Forsyth …  Caught a 96-yard touchdown pass against Central Davidson in 2015 … Caught a 55-yard touchdown pass against Asheboro … He also carried the ball and averaged 14.1 yards per carry.
