A&T has taken advantage of signing players out of Scotland County HS including former starting quarterback Kwashawn Quick and current NFL defensive back Tony McRae … Nebraska, Wake Forest and N.C. State showed interest in Williams … Came out the 2019 spring practice session as the No. 2 left guard on the depth chart … Has an impressive 101 ½-inch reach and can bench press 225 pounds 11 times.

2018 Season: Played in one game without a start … Played six snaps against Gardner-Webb on Sept. 8 where the Aggies earned a 45-6 blowout win … Still may earn a redshirt based on the NCAA rule where a player can still claim a redshirt season if they play less than four games in a season.

High School: Played varsity football at Scotland High School … Led the Scots to a 12-2 record overall and a 7-0 mark in the Sandhills Athletic Conference … Scots played in the 4-A state championship game where they lost to Harding … Was an all-conference performer in the Sandhills Athletic Conference.
