After a successful playing career at North Carolina A&T, Reisha Bullock returns to the women's basketball program as the program's director of basketball operations for the 2012-13 season.
Bullock transferred to A&T in 2008 after a season apiece at Iowa Western Community College and Copiah Lincoln Community College in Wesson, Miss. She earned first team all-conference honors and was named to the conference all-star team at Copiah Lincoln.
At A&T from 2008-2011, she competed in 53 games in two seasons, totaling 302 points with 129 rebounds, 94 assists and 51 steals. She averaged 5.7 points and 2.4 rebounds per game as an Aggie. She posted eight double-figure scoring games her senior season from 2010-11, including scoring a career-high 17 points against Coppin State on Feb. 21, 2011.
Bullock was a standout athlete at De La Salle High School in New Orleans, La., where she was named to the All-State team from 2003-06 and was also a three-time All-Metro Player. Bullock was nominated to the McDonald's All-American team in 2006. Blue Star Basketball ranked her the 17th among high school girls basketball players in the country. In 2006, she helped lead De La Salle to a district championship and was the Louisiana State Champion in the 100 meter dash.
Bullock has been active in supporting youth programs throughout her career. She is working as a para professional in High Point, N.C., providing care to troubled teenagers at a transitional group home. She has served as a basketball camp coach while in Wesson, Miss.
Bullock holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communication from A&T, as well as an associate's degree in health and physical education from Copiah Lincoln Community College.
