AGGIES OVERVIEW: North Carolina A&T will face St. Andrews on Tuesday in their final non-conference game of the season. This will be the first ever meeting between the Aggies and the Knights. N.C. A&T went 2-2 in the month of December defeating both Saint Augustine’s and Western Carolina in the Corbett Sports Center. The Aggies dropped their fifth contest away from home on Thursday to Ohio, 72-65. Three Aggies are averaging double-figure scoring led by C’Coriea Foy (12.6). Kala Green (12.5) and Cinia McCray (10.2) are close behind. Alexus Leseears is the top rebounder at 9.5 and Foy is the Aggie leader in assists at 3.6 per game.
ANDREWS OVERVIEW: St. Andrews ended a four-game skid by downing Randolph College on the road Saturday, 69-66. Under the direction of third-year head coach Yvette Sparks, St. Andrews went 5-23 last season with a 2-20 finish in the NAIA’s Appalachian Athletic Conference. Three Knights are averaging double-figures led by Sam Ring’s 15.0 points per game. Ring also leads her team in free throw percentage (.833) and in minutes played (31.4). Morgan Perkins (10.3) and Bree Cowan (10.0) are the other top scorers for the Knights. Perkins leads in both rebounding (8.5) and field goal percentage (.506) while Cowan is tops in steals (21).
LAST TIME OUT
Three Aggies finished in double figure scoring paced by Cinia McCray’s perfect 6 of 6 on 3-pointers as she recorded a career-high 23 points in a 72-65 setback at Ohio University. Sophomore Alexus Lessears scored 13 points and had a team-high eight rebounds while senior Kala Green finished with 13 points. N.C. A&T outscored Ohio 36-18 in the paint and 36-32 in the second half. The Aggies shot a season-high 61 percent (25-for-41) from the field including 70 percent (7-for-10) on 3-pointers.
N.C. A&T opens MEAC play against Norfolk State on Saturday, Jan. 6 at 2 p.m. in the Corbett Sports Center. The all-time series between the Aggies and Spartans is tied at 17-17.

- N.C. A&T is a perfect 4-0 when leading in the game with five minutes remaining. This season they have a 4-2 record when leading in 3-point field goal percentage, rebounds and assists and at home in the Corbett Sports Center.

Alexus Lessears is 16th in the nation in offensive rebounds (16.0) and 125th in total rebounds (104) while C’Coriea Foy is ranked 60th in steals (2.64) and 224th in assists (3.6).
- This game marks senior Kala Green’s 100th career game as an Aggie. She has 720 career points, 218 rebounds and 202 assists.
