Stikeleather threw a combined three innings of relief this past week in three appearances picking up a save in each of the Aggies two wins at North Carolina Central. He only gave up two hits and one run in those appearances combining for four strikeouts including a pair in one inning of work in the first game of Saturday’s doubleheader at Durham Athletic Park.
In 14 appearances, Stikeleather has a 0.93 ERA striking out 35 batters with only four total runs scored in 29 innings pitched. His four saves are tied for the MEAC lead. Earlier in the season Stikeleather, registered both a save and a
