Saraid Ruiz became an assistant coach for the men’s and women’s golf teams at North Carolina A&T in 2018. Ruiz comes to N.C. A&T after a stellar two-year career at Bethune-Cookman. Ruiz shot in the 70’s throughout her career. She helped the Wildcats win the 2017 PGA Minority College Championship.


At N.C. A&T, she will be responsible for player development, serve as director of operations, recruit and assists with academics.


Before attending Bethune-Cookman she was a two-year standout at Tyler Junior College for two years.


Born in Caracas, Venezuela, she majored in business administration while attending B-CU in Daytona Beach, Fla., for two years. She earned a B.A., degree in liberal arts and sciences/liberal studies from B-CU in 2018.
