Breakdown:  Comes into the season as the undisputed leader on the Aggies defensive line…Serves as the only returning member of a 2012 defensive line that helped the Aggies have the No. 1 rushing defense in the MEAC and No. 3 rushing defense in the nation…Over the past two seasons, Hearn has been a part of the MEAC’s top-rated rushing defense…A&T can also boast of having a Top-3 total defense  in the conference over the past two seasons…Is not as big as a traditional defensive end but plays with a lot of passion and determination…Was a valuable walk-on for the Aggies in 2010…Had to play as a freshman because of numerous injuries on the Aggies defensive line…Can bench 225 pounds 11 times, while his bench press max is 320 pounds…Can also squat 445 pounds. ..Has played in 30 games with 23 starts…Has 30 solo and 46 assisted tackles for a total of 81 for his career…Also has 13 tackles for loss, five sacks and two fumble recoveries in his career.

2012 Season: Started all 11 games at defensive end…Made 19 solo and 21 assisted tackles for a total of 40…Made eight tackles for a loss of 45 yards and made three sacks for a loss of 19 yards…Also recovered two fumbles and forced another during the season…Led the Aggies in quarterback hurries (7)…Also ranked fourth on the team in tackles for loss and was tied for second in sacks…Made a career-high 10 tackles, two solo and two for loss, in a loss at Bethune-Cookman on Oct. 6…Made five tackles, three solo, in the Aggies’ 38-10 win over Howard on Oct. 13…Recovered a fumble against N.C. Central to set up a field goal attempt in the Aggies’ 22-16 overtime win on Nov. 17.

2011 Season: Started all 11 games at defensive end…Recorded 18 solo tackles and nine assisted tackles for a total of 27…Also had two sacks and five tackles for loss…Opened the season against Virginia University of Lynchburg by recording three tackles and a sack in the Aggies 38-7 win on Sept. 3…Made four tackles, all solo, and recorded one sack at Florida A&M on Nov. 5.

2010 Season: Played in eight games with one start at the defensive end position…Made nine solo tackles and five assisted tackles for a total of 14 …Made his first career start against Florida A&M on Nov. 6 where he made three solo tackles…Made a season-best four tackles at Delaware State on Oct. 16.
