WHAT: North Carolina A&T volleyball (1-25, 1-6) vs. Bethune-Cookman (11-17, 5-3)
WHEN: Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011
WHERE: Corbett Sports Center
WHY ATTEND: -The Aggies will be honoring senior libero Bridget McCaskill in a pre-game ceremony on Sunday.
McCaskill's HISTORY: When it comes time to replace Bridget McCaskill on the court, North Carolina A&T will miss more than just her defense and passing. McCaskill brought leadership, reliability, and hard work each practice and match. She also set an example in the classroom by producing one of the most impressive grade point averages in the athletics department. Volleyball is just a small part of this dynamic young lady who is both a chemistry and biology major. Where does she is herself in 10-20 years? She wants to be the one to find a cure for cancer. So much so, she didn't play volleyball in 2010. But with the Aggies in need this season, the senior out Durham, N.C., was once again reliable.
During her career on the court, McCaskill has played in 140 sets over 70 matches. She has compiled 441 digs, 127 kills and 29 total blocks. She has four siblings, including her twin sister Danielle who played women's tennis at N.C. A&T.
