Swimming Releases Schedule

GREENSBORO – The North Carolina A&T swimming team competed in eight meets during the 2012-13 season, including the 2013 CCSA Championships. The Aggies will have competed in eight meets before the fall semester ends in 2013.  

A&T’s swimming program released its 2013-14 schedule on Tuesday and includes 14 meets, including the February 2014 CCSA Championships. The Aggies will swim t home four times, starting on Friday, Nov. 8 when they face VMI at 5 p.m. Their other home dates include Saturday, Nov. 9 versus Radford at 1 p.m.; Campbell comes to Greensboro on Friday, Nov. 15 at 5 p.m. and Senior Night will  be held on Friday, Feb. 7 versus UNC Asheville at 5 p.m.

The Aggies will also open the season in Greensboro as a part of the Greensboro Aquatic Club North Carolina Invitational Oct. 4 and 5 at 9 a.m. Their road meets are at Campbell (Oct. 11 4 p.m.); a dual meet at Campbell featuring UNC Asheville (Oct. 12, 11 a.m.); at UNC Asheville (Oct. 18, 5 p.m.); a dual meet at VMI featuring Howard University (Oct. 19, 1 p.m.); at Radford (Jan. 24, 5 p.m.); at Campbell (Jan. 31, 4 p.m.) and at Davidson (Feb. 1, TBA).

A&T’s annual visit to Radford for the Highlander Invitational will take place Nov. 21-23. Five school records were broken at the invitational last season.
