GREENSBORO - Redshirt freshman Eboni Ross garnered her second straight and fifth overall MEAC Rookie of the Week honor in women's basketball.

Ross, who has been starting at the center position in the place of the injured senior Nikia Gorham, helped the Aggies to win six straight games, a streak which ended on Saturday as the Aggies went 1-1 last week.

Ross scored 15 points and six rebounds with two blocks in the 69-50 victory against Florida A&M on Feb. 11.  She also scored 15 points, had all six of her rebounds come on the offensive side and had four blocks in a 68-57 loss at S.C. State on Feb. 16.  She was 12-for-20 from the floor for the week. Ross has scored in double-figures in three of her last four games, totaling of 52 points, 28 rebounds and 17 blocks in that span. Ross also won MEAC Rookie of the Week on Dec. 3 and Jan. 7, Jan. 21, and Feb. 11.
