Was one of two seniors on the team during the 2013-14 season … Helped the Aggies to their first national ranking in program history as they ended the season 13th in the country … Named a 2013-14 Academic All-NTCA honorable mention … Joined the Aggies as a junior transfer student-athlete from Guilford Tech Community College in 2012-13…Finished her career with 167.6 average, 9,837 total pinfall in 59 matches.

2013-14 Season: Tallied a 2,487 total pinfall in 16 matches … Recorded a 164.4 average … Helped the Aggies win the Hampton Roads Collegiate Bowling Invitational on Oct. 26 where she played in three matches … Averaged 176.33 in three matches at the Virginia Union University on Nov. 23 and tabbed a season-high 529 pinfall … Rolled a season-high 195 at the MEAC Meet #2 on Dec. 7 …Averaged 174 in two matched at the Kutztown Invitational on Jan. 25 and pinned a 191 against then-ranked No. 11 Saint Francis.

2012-13 Season:  Tallied a 7,350 total pinfall for the season in 43 games played…Also played in 55 bakers matches…Averaged 170.9 for the season…Averaged a 200 at the MEAC #2 tournament…Bowled a season-high 243 in a victory against N.C. Central at the MEAC #2 tournament…Averaged 180 or better in three tournaments…Bowled 200 or better in five matches… Helped the Aggies win two individual matches against nationally-ranked opponents Bethune-Cookman and Valparaiso…Also helped A&T win nine bakers matches against nationally-ranked opponents…Helped A&T finish in second place in the Frederick Underwood Classic, behind a win over No. 4 Sam Houston State in January…Named to the 2012 Fall Dean’s List…Earned team’s Model of Consistency award.

GTCC:  Earned an associate’s degree at Guilford Technical Community College and was a GTCC honor student… Qualified for the 2012 North Pointe Junior Gold Championships, a national tournament for the top youth bowlers in the country… Participated in league bowling as well, including the Pepsi regional and state tournaments, and also competed in the Right Approach Training Tour. 

High School: Participated in competitive gymnastics and dance while in high school, collecting several awards in team and individual performances…Attended C.C. Academy and was also homeschooled.    

Personal:  Full name is Courtney Crook…She is the daughter of Nancy Michael and Frank Crook…She has one sibling, Caryn…She was born on Dec. 15, 1990 and majored in nursing...Her other interests include spending time with friends and family, taking care of animals and supporting young neighborhood families in childcare and nanny work…She is a Girl Scout and also competes in NSA softball girls fastpitch…Her favorite books are the Sookie Stackhouse series…Says the best part of A&T athletics is becoming a better bowler and developing relationships with teammates and coaches… Volunteers her time as foster care for animals.
