INDIANAPOLIS, September 1, 2007 – The North Carolina A&T volleyball team welcomed back all-conference setter Brenden Chatman on Saturday, but it was not enough.

 Chatman registered 21 assists and fellow senior Krystal Cooper had 14 kills and 10 digs, but the Aggies lost to Central Michigan 3-0 at the IUPUI Tournament in Indianapolis. For Cooper it was her sixth career double-double. Despite her effort, the Aggies couldn’t slow down CMU’s offense.

 Kate Fissel led Central Michigan with 15 kills and Sarah Warner added 12 kills. The Chippewas improved to 4-0 on the season, while the Aggies fell to 0-5. The Aggies will play again on Sunday when they take on tournament host IUPUI at 1:30 p.m., before closing the tournament against Tennessee Martin at 4 p.m.
