Returns for her second season as an Aggie after transferring in from Division III Greensboro College…Had excellent first season as an Aggie…McCaskill’s skill set allows her to play different roles for the Aggies…She is an outstanding passer, she knows where to position herself on the floor and she has excellent volleyball instincts…After coming into the 2008 season as an outside hitter, the Aggies coaching staff utilized her defensive and passing skills by moving her to libero…She excelled at the position over the final 12 matches of the season…Before attending N.C. A&T, she helped The Pride earn a second-place finish in the conference and a spot in the conference championship match. 2008: Played in 89 games over 28 matches...Was second on the team in digs per game (2.03) and fourth on the team in total digs (181)...Moved to the libero position on Oct. 5 in a match against Winston-Salem State...In five separate matches, she recorded double figure digs with all five matches coming after Oct. 5...In her first game as the libero, she recorded 10 digs and added seven service aces to lead N.C. A&T to a 3-0 win over the Rams...Recorded a season-high 16 digs at S.C. State on Oct. 19 in a close 3-2 loss to the Bulldogs ...In the Aggies second contest against the Rams in 2008, she recorded 15 digs in a 3-2 win in Winston-Salem on Oct. 31...Closed out the season with 14 digs against N.C. Central on Nov. 4 and 12 digs in a win over Gardner-Webb on Nov. 11.
