Breakdown: Appeared to be headed toward an outstanding career before having to sit out the 2011 season for personal reasons...Showed from day one he had the ability to be an outstanding cover corner...His return to the Aggies secondary will make the team's defense much stronger...Has great leaping ability and his speed could be used to return kicks and punts...Has started 20 of the 21 games he has played as an Aggie...Is credited for defending 30 passes in his career.

2011 Season: Made the preseason All-MEAC team before having to sit out the season.

2010 Season: Played in 11 games with 11 starts...Made 14 tackles, seven interceptions and eight pass breakups...Led the MEAC in interceptions and was second in the league in passes defended (15)...Was tied for fourth nationally in interceptions per game (0.64)...His seven interceptions were returned for a total of 33 yards...Earned first-team All-MEAC honors thanks to his magnificent season...Became the first Aggie corner to earn first-team honors since Curtis Burgins did it in 1994...Made three tackles, intercepted a pass and had two deflections against Tennessee State in the Circle City Classic on Oct. 2...Intercepted a pass in the Aggies end zone to halt a Florida A&M drive on Nov. 6...In the same game, intercepted an Austin Trainor pass to send the game into overtime...Intercepted a Malcolm Long pass in the N.C. A&T end zone and returned it 33 yards. 

2009 Season: Became a starter during the second game of the season and never gave up his status...Played in 10 games with nine starts...Led the team in pass deflections with eight...Recorded 13 tackles on the season with nine of them being solo stops...Had his most impressive game against Howard on Oct. 24...Made three solo tackles and three pass deflections in the Aggies 30-19 win...One of his deflections came on a 3rd-and-1 late in the fourth quarter that forced a fourth down for the Bison.

High School: Recorded 12 pass breakups and picked off three passes last season. As an offensive player, he caught 30 passes for 379 yards and five touchdowns.
