Swam mostly freestyle and breaststroke events in her freshman season...Her 33.55 finish in the 50-yard breaststroke on Jan. 20 was 12^th in the Top 16 times in the CSSA in that event...Took first place in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:12.25) on Oct. 21, in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:47.20) on Oct. 29, in the 200-yard medley relay (2:00.04) on Jan. 20, in the 50-yard breaststroke (33.55) on Jan. 20, and the 100-yard breaststroke (1:13.65) on Jan. 20...Tied for second place in the 50-yard freestyle with a 26.05 time on Oct. 29 at VMI...Placed third in the 50-yard freestyle (26.98) on Jan. 20, third in the 200-yard medley relay (2:07.83) on Jan. 27 and third in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:13.12) on Jan. 27...Posted a season-best time of 1:12.25 in the 100-yard breaststroke in the season opener on Oct. 21...Her season-best time in the 200-yard breaststroke was in the finals heat at the Highlander Invitational, in which she clocked in at 2:42.30 for 22^nd place on Nov. 19.

High School: Competed at Fairmont Heights High School...Was the 2010-11 Maryland state champion in the 100 breaststroke and was also the 2010-11 regional champion in that event...Was the county champion in the 50 free in the 2010-11 season...Was named to the All-State team in 2011 as a senior...Was also a member of the National Honor Society and was an honor roll student...Also competed in cross country and outdoor track.
