State Tigers
Sunday, October 14-1 p.m.
Weekend Preview: The Aggies are trekking south for their first
conference road trip of the season. They
will visit Orangeburg, S.C. to take on the S.C. State Bulldogs on Friday and
will head to Savannah, Ga., to face the Tigers on Sunday. The Aggies are looking to pick up a pair of
key road wins. They are currently tied
with Savannah State for fifth place in the MEAC Southern Division with an 0-3
record. The Aggies need to finish fourth
or higher in the Division in order to earn a berth into the MEAC Tournament. A pair of road wins would help advance their
cause. While the Aggies have yet to earn a conference win, they have played two
five-set matches against N.C. Central and Bethune-Cookman.

What
did he say?:
"We've got to suit up and get ready for South
Carolina State and Savannah State this weekend and try and take two road wins
which is a very difficult thing to do. I think we're prepared to do it. We've
just got to keep following the game plan and going after it."-Head Coach Hal
