Community Outreach Game vs Bethune-Cookman, 10/21/17
The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is committed to allocating and distributing complimentary tickets to athletic events in a fair and equitable manner.

Required Fields in Bold

General Guidelines
1. Groups are eligible to receive three free youth tickets with the purchase of 1 adult ticket (ex: 10 adult chaperones equals 30 free youth tickets). Adult tickets are $28 and additional youth tickets may be purchased for $6 if necessary.
2. Community Outreach complimentary tickets are for the exclusive use of elementary and middle school-aged children and their adult chaperones, and may not be transferred or sold to any other party.
3. Youth participants are encouraged to wear their team uniform (sports jersey, cheerleading uniform, scout shirt, etc.) to the game.
4. Individual recipients are responsible for their own transportation to the game, parking, game programs and concessions.
5. Groups will be notified electronically by the Department of Athletics if their request for Complimentary Admissions has been accepted.
6. Tickets must be picked up at the University Ticket Office, located in Brown Hall by Tuesday, October 17th. If you prefer your tickets mailed, there is an additional $9.00 delivery fee. If you do not pick up your tickets before Tuesday, October 17th at 5:00 PM, your tickets will be released. Tickets will not be available for pick up at the game on October 21st.
7. Groups are encouraged to sit in Section J. Approximately one (1) hour before game time Section J will be visited by the Aggie Mascot, A&T Cheerleaders, and several student-athletes.
8. Applications should be completed online by Wednesday, October 11th for access to the game on October 21st. For more information, please contact Carl Hairston at or 336.285.3606.
Group Information

All procedures are consistent with institutional and conference rules. The following procedure has been developed in the best interests of student-athletes, students, and the greater institutional community. Complimentary admission may be offered to encourage participation in University athletics programs, to engender goodwill and collegiality among institutional neighbors, or in recognition of continuing support of University programs and activities.
